Hey GUYS!

Congrats on finishing all your finals and your first term! Now that you guys have a few days to relax and chill, why not go to a few Key Club events? =) Here are a few that are coming up!

>> **NYRR Manhattan Half Marathon**:

Date: Sunday, January 27
Time: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Central Park's East Drive at East 102^nd Street
Directions: Take the 3 train to 110^th street and exit near intersection of Central Park N. and Lenox Ave. Start going EAST on Central Park N towards Lenox Ave. Turn right onto Frawley Cir. And then turn right again onto 5^th Ave. Then walk down to 102^nd Street and enter the park.
OR
Take the 6 train to 103^rd and Lexington Avenue. Then head West towards Central Park. Once you reach 5^th Ave, walk down to 102^nd street and enter the park.

Date: Saturday, February 2
Sunday, February 3
Monday, February 4
Time: For Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
For Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
For Monday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
** For Monday we're going to be going after school, but if anybody has 9th and 10th free you can go before that.
Location: Columbus Park on Mulberry Street
Task: Help out again this year at the Lunar New Year Flower Market where you will be assisting the many vendors in whatever they need. You will mostly be passing out fliers in groups or volunteer at the different stations they have: Command Station; Greeting; or Patrol. More info will be sent out later on about what your specific jobs are.

** Sign up for these events now by sending an e-mail to stuykc@yahoo.com with the project name in the subject area, and your NAME, ID, and PHONE NUMBER in the body. Last year we had over 30 volunteers for this event so we're hoping to get the same outcome.

** We also need people tomorrow, Saturday, to hand out fliers in Chinatown about the Lunar New Year Flower Market event. You will most likely be handing them out from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM or so depending on how many fliers you get. If you are interested please tell us. Meet at 77 Mulberry Street at the store called BLT. We need about 8 - 10 volunteers so sign up now =)

ONE LAST THING!!

DKC apps are due the First day we get back! That's Wednesday, January 30th! So print out the DKC app and fill it out! You can drop the apps off in Mr. Cocoros's Mailbox on the second floor.
