We realized that most of you might not know what requirements you fulfill so we're gonna break it down for you in this very helpful email. Or maybe you guys don't know just because you're scared to ask us for help (even though we are far from scary). Under each project or question, we will list events/projects that we did this year that qualify for that question. Any events from 2007 - now can be used in the DKC. If we left any out, you can certainly use them!
SECTION 1: REQUIRED CRITERIA
1 - Recommendation

2 - Service to Home, School and Community (you need 5 out of 8)
Governor's Project
- Conference for families of people with developmental disabilities (11/17/07)
Major Emphasis Program - High Five for Health (as long as it involved physical activity or the support of a health related issue, it can fall under this category. Make sure you explain in the application why it is related to health)
- ACS internship
- Relay for Life (6/9/07)
- New Visions Gardens
- USACF packings
- ESS Summer Olympics (8/23/07)
- Men's Health Urbanathlon (9/29)
- JDRF (9/30)
- ACS Flier Distributions
- ACS Health Fair (10/13)

- Making Strides Against Breast Cancer [aka MSABC] (10/21)
- any NYRR race/walk
District Projects
- any of the ACS (American Cancer Society) things mentioned in the above section
- MSABC is also an ACS event, so you can put that
- if you sold candy (say you sold two 30 dollar boxes, put $60 as amount fundraised) and you can pick the project that you like and say you fundraised to it cause all the money you guys give to us, we donated to each of the listed organizations =D
UNICEF
- if you fundraised with those orange boxes, tell them so! and tell them how much you raised
March of Dimes
- March of Dimes (4/29/07)
- if you raised money for March of Dimes, indicate how much
Children's Miracle Network

Read and Lead

AND SIGN! AND GIVE TO ONE OF THE CAB MEMBERS, MR. COCOROS, OR DROP IT OFF IN HIS MAILBOX IN THE ROOM BY THE WATER FOUNTAINS ON THE 2ND FLOOR. WE'LL ALSO BE AT THE SECOND FLOOR ATRIUM (where all the seniors hang out) DURING 10th AND AFTER! SO IF YOU SEE ANY OF US GIVE IT TO US ;)
